So when their marketing team needed support designing and developing a secure portal for authorised contacts (as part of their Connect program), they chose MIH to create a stand-out platform for their B2B brand.

Tasked with the design, development and maintenance of the Connect portal, this was the kind of end-to-end project we love.

We began by developing a strong brand identity that reflected the core attributes of the Connect program: trust, innovation, and relevancy.

Next, we ran a series of workshops with Aon to dig deep into the requirements of the portal. Armed with these insights, we created the UX and wireframes.

Once the foundation was laid, it was time for the fun part - applying our bold, creative treatment across all program communications. This covered the portal design, email marketing, direct mail, and digital banners.

On top of our design and development work, we also handled the admin management of content updates and stepped in to provide marketing support.
