Buying a home and land package is an exciting venture. It’s also overwhelming. Luckily for Aussie home buyers, House & Land HQ decided to demystify the process and offer a one-stop shop for high-quality house and land packages across Western Sydney and the Central Coast.
Armed with their big idea, the company turned to MIH to bring it to life. The best part? We were given a blank slate and an open brief - things that are guaranteed to get our creative hearts pumping.
With a goal of creating a brand that would be simple, striking, and easy to apply across all forms of media, it was time to put this experienced property client firmly on the map.

Brand, website, social, and print…this project had a little bit of everything.
Across every platform, we needed to create clear messaging that would guide customers through the stages of purchasing a home and land package. Our step-by-step process worked beautifully in print and was then transformed into an interactive infographic that wowed on the web.
The website itself required extensive filtering so that clients could easily search for their dream package - whether by location, land and home size, number of bedrooms, or other parameters.
And once they’d zoned in on potential properties, a printable PDF provided prospects with a neat resource that included property imagery, floor plans, specifications, and agent contact details.
In addition to being user-friendly, we made sure the site was client-friendly too, with a WordPress build that provided full editing access to all property details.
